Sweepstakes begins August 1, 2008 and ends August 31, 2008.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, North Carolina and Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at time of registration who have an active FastBack Rewards Card. Employees of GPM Investments, LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and prohibited where restricted by law.

2. TO ENTER:

To enter the Fas Mart "Full Tank of Savings" Sweepstakes, visit any participating Fas Mart/Shore Stop location during the promotional period and scan your FastBack rewards card at the gas pump or in the store. No purchase necessary.

Sponsor is not responsible for any human error or technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is suspected of tampering with the entry process. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Fas Mart FastBack Rewards Card scanned at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

3 . PRIZES:

One Hundred (100) Daily Prizes: (99) Coupons with values of $1, $2, $10, $20, (1) $100 Fas Mart/Shore Stop gift card. Prize Coupons redeemable only at Fas Mart/Shore Stop locations prior to September 15, 2008. Prize coupons can be used for all items except lottery, money orders and pre-paid services. Total Daily Prize Value: $ 280.

4. WINNER SELECTION:

Daily winners will be selected randomly from among all FastBack Rewards Card scans in all participating Fas Mart/Shore Stop locations within each 24 hour period between August 1 and August 30, 2008.

5. GENERAL RULES:

All entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Upon scanning a FastBack Rewards Card, customers will be automatically notified if they are a winner by an audio message. The message will instruct winners of $1, $2, $10 and $20 coupons to visit the communication center inside the store to print their coupon prize. Winners of the $100 Fas Mart/Shore Stop gift card prize will print instructions that include a toll free phone number to call to verify their mailing address so their prize can be sent via USPS. Prize should be received within 5 business days of mailing. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in the event prize cannot be awarded as stated. All details not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All prizes are awarded with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner(s) are responsible for all expenses not specified herein, including any taxes. No cash alternative may be substituted. FastBack Reward Card holders are limited to (1) $1, (1) $2, (1) $10, (1) $20 and (1) $100 prize award per day. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes agreement by winner (i) to release and hold harmless Sponsor against any and all claims, injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused out of participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use/misuse or redemption of the prize; (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (iii) to grant permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness and/or comments about winning for purposes of on-line posting, advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional notice or compensation. Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising out of any person's participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of any prize including travel related thereto. Sponsor is not responsible for acts of God or events beyond its control, such as weather, strikes, etc. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
