JOB SUMMARY
Provides research, analysis and business intelligence to strategic decision makers for business planning, market planning, new business development and corporate strategy planning
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use business insight and data driven analysis to provide recommendations and actionable reports
- Conducts collection and analysis of data to determine performance and trends
- Analyze individual marketing programs in order to determine effectiveness and improve future initiatives. Deliver enterprise-wide analysis that tracks and measures focus messaging and other broad initiatives in order to inform long-term strategy design.
- Understand data related questions, from Marketing team members and others, and translate them into executable inquiries and conduct the analysis.
- Improve company performance and profitability working with various departments within the company to help solve business related problems/issues
- Contribute to financial forecasting and planning by providing and analyzing store sales and margin data for completing budgets
- Review monthly financial closeout for accuracy (sales, margins, vendor rebates, loyalty expense, and other income) to include all cost of sales adjustments.
- Gather and analyze data to measure and track the performance of marketing programs against established goals and targeted ROI
- Supervise and oversee Loyalty Program
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or Business or Related field experience preferred (min 2 years)
- PDI experience (a plus)

Job Summary
Aggressive top-notch Sales Representative for the Mid-Atlantic area. Position will be based out of Richmond and will require travel throughout VA, MD and DE. Competitive base salary plus significant commission opportunity.

WHOLESALE OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (Eastern Shore)
The wholesale operations representative is the interface between his/her assigned dealer group and the company. They are responsible for insuring all sites are open and operating and all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the dealer network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all dealer sites in the assigned territory are open and operating per company policy
- Manage wholesale dealers to increase gallons sold and maintain brand image
- Is responsible for managing receivables portfolio for assigned dealer and consignment group
- Ensures proper maintenance and repair of all physical plants and equipment within assigned dealer group
- Ensures adherence to all environmental programs, policies, laws and guidelines
- Develops and executes training programs for dealers/operators
- Assists in developing monthly/annual budgets for assigned dealer groups
- Sources new dealer candidates and follows through with the approval process
- Manages, services and coordinates card rollouts for different oil company brands and proprietary fleet programs
- Develops and executes training programs for store-level employees on fleet program
- Meets goals assigned to procuring new fleet and wholesale business
- Develops programs to increase sales
- Integrates new acquisitions into wholesale gasoline programs quickly and effectively
- Assumes other duties and tasks as requested by the Wholesale Operations Manager
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous multi-unit experience (preferred)
- Previous wholesale/dealer petroleum experience (a plus)
- Previous sales experience
- Focused, self-disciplined, highly motivated
- Ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Ability to work with multicultural and multiethnic customers is essential
