Position Summary:
Performs and directs overall Subway management. Responsible for inventory and money control system. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are met. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program.
Responsibilities:
Oversees all daily operations of Subway.
Recruit, train and develop Subway staff.
Provide performance and motivational feedback to Subway employees.
Prepare and post Subway work schedules.
Monitor ordering to ensure in-stock efficiency and balanced inventory for Subway food service items.
Maintain a clean and safe Subway environment.
Control key cost expense lines.
Submit timely and accurate Subway Store reports.
Ensure food service areas maintain required Subway health and cleanliness standards.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years in QSR environment
Experience in supervising and training staff
21 Years of age or older
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
Liability insurance on such vehicle
Home telephone
Availability to work any shift or day
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
