Our Deli Managers over see the entire daily operation of our food service program. In addition to their base wage, they also have the ability to earn a monthly bonus which is based on achievable criteria.

Responsibilities include: |

. Maintain above average cleanliness and sanitation expectations. . Recruit and train deli staff. . Provide and train excellent customer service. . Maintain fresh and adequate food levels. . Execute new sales programs and initiatives. . Monitor ordering to ensure instock efficiency and balanced inventory. . Maximize sales while controlling key expense lines (waste). . Daily and weekly administrative duties. |

What should you bring to the table? |

. Be at least 18 years of age. . A sales driven attitude. . A positive work attitude and flexible work schedule. . The motivation to train and develop a staff. |
