Store Manager



Our Store Managers over see the entire daily operation of a store which includes the retail operation and, in some stores, the deli operation. In addition to their base salary, they also have the ability to earn a monthly bonus which is based on achievable criteria.

Responsibilities include:


. Recruit and train store staff.
. Provide and train excellent customer service.
. Execute new sales programs and initiatives.
. Complete the daily paperwork in a timely fashion.
. Monitor ordering to ensure instock efficiency and balanced inventory.
. Maximize sales while controlling key expense lines.
. Ensure local, state, federal and/or company programs are maintained (environmental).
. Comply with laws and policies regarding age restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).


What should you bring to the table?


. Be at least 21 years of age.
. Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
. Previous Management experience.
. A positive work attitude with the ability to work any shift.
. The motivation to train and develop a staff.
. A sales driven attitude.
