We keep all personal information private and do not sell the information to anyone! In order to maintain this security, all databases which run the FastBack Rewards program are on a separate and secure server for your safety. |
| When do I get my cents back on free gas? |
|
You will be able to pick up your coupon on the 1st of each month. Depending on what level you achieved the previous month you will be awarded up to 4 cents off for every gallon of gas you bought the previous month. You can go inside the store and print the coupon and use it towards gas or merchandise. |
| How do I earn points? |
|
You earn points based on how much you spend on gas and merchandise. You receive 20 points for every dollar you spend and 10 points for every gallon of gas you buy. The number of points is totaled at the end of each month to determine your level. |
| What are the different levels I can achieve in the Fastback Rewards program? |
|
You can reach 3 different levels in the FastBack Rewards Program. Silver level isis 0-500. The gold level is 501-1499 points. and platinum is 1500+. |
| Where can I find my customer ID number? |
|
You can view your customer ID every time you swipe your card inside the store. You will receive a print out with your current point total along with the total amount of gas you have purchased. On this receipt you will see a ID number in bold. Customer ID numbers always start with the letter "C". |
| Where can I get my rewards after the 1st of the month? |
|
After the 1st of each month you can pick up your rewards at your local Fas Mart or Shore Stop. Coupons and rewards are not mailed to you or available online. You can check your rewards online, but they can only be printed out at the stores. |
| When I scan my tag at the store it says "More information required". What information do you need? |
