FASTBACK REWARDS PROGRAM
PARTICIPANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By applying for and using the FastBack Rewards Tag, the Participant agrees to be bound by the current FastBack Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
2. FastBack Rewards Participants must complete and submit the FastBack Rewards Participant Application, in order to receive and use the FastBack Rewards Tag. Eligibility to participate in the FastBack Rewards Program will be determined at the sole discretion of GPM Investments, LLC (“Fas Mart/Shore Stop”).
3. Points may be earned at participating Fas Mart/Shore Stop locations and premises of.
Fas Mart/Shore Stop Partners for qualifying purchases (as specified by Fas Mart/Shore Stop) using approved payment methods.
4. Points will not be earned for the following purchases: lottery, money orders, prepaid services and gift cards.
5. Participants must present a valid FastBack Rewards Tag to earn Points. The Tag must be presented at the time of purchase. Points will not be awarded without a valid FastBack Rewards Tag or for previous purchases.
6. Only one FastBack Rewards Tag per customer’s cellular telephone number/valid email address. Points have no cash value and may be used only as provided in the FastBack Rewards Program as specified by Fas Mart/Shore Stop. Points may not be combined or transferred between Participants.
7. FastBack Rewards coupons may be redeemed at any participating Fas Mart/Shore Stop location, unless otherwise specified, so long as the Reward item is available at the location.
8. To be accepted by any participating Fas Mart/Shore Stop location or Partner, Rewards coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged. Duplicates of original Rewards coupons will not be accepted. Validation of Participant details may be required in order to redeem Rewards.
9. Lost, stolen or damaged Rewards coupons will not be replaced. Coupons have
no cash value.
10. Fas Mart/Shore Stop has the right to substitute any Rewards or Prizes of comparable value without notice.
11. Fas Mart/Shore Stop is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Tags or unredeemed Points; however, these may be replaced at Fas Mart/Shore Stop’s discretion.
12. Fas Mart/Shore Stop is not responsible for any errors or lost Rewards resulting from computer hardware or software errors or fraud.
13. All FastBack Rewards Tags are licensed by Fas Mart/Shore Stop to Participant, and Tag ownership does not transfer to the Participant. Fas Mart/Shore Stop may cancel any FastBack Rewards Program Tag at any time at its sole discretion.
14. Fas Mart/Shore Stop may amend the FastBack Rewards Program Participant Terms and Conditions or any specific FastBack Rewards promotion at any time at its sole discretion. It is the Participant’s obligation to keep informed of the latest FastBack Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
15. Fas Mart/Shore Stop reserves the right to terminate the FastBack Rewards Program at any, or all, participating locations at any time without prior notice.
16. Employees of Fas Mart/Shore Stop and their immediate family members may participate in the FastBack Rewards Program only with respect to Rewards or Prizes valued at
less than $10.00.
17. Participant agrees to allow Fas Mart/Shore Stop to record and use information about the products that Participant purchases and to provide Participant with special offers and information by email and text message from Fas Mart/Shore Stop.
18. The Participant agrees that by participating in the FastBack Rewards Program, the Participant grants Fas Mart/Shore Stop permission to communicate with the Participant via text messages to the cellular telephone number provided in the Participant Application
for the Program.
19. The Participant understands that the Participant must fill out the Participant Application form completely in order to be eligible for drawings, Gold and Platinum membership and Rewards valued at $10 or more.
20. By applying for and using the FastBack Rewards Tag, the participant confirms that they are eighteen years of age or older.
